Summit Commercial brings powerful performance and user-friendly convenience in an under the counter design with the BIM100ADA commercially approved icemaker, specially designed to fit in ADA compliant settings.

Made for Summit in South Korea, the BIM100ADA is ETL-S listed to NSF-12 standards for use in commercial applications.This unit features a fully finished stainless steel cabinet and jet black front with a slide-up lid. It can be built-in under counters or used freestanding, with a front-breathing air-cooled system to prevent overheating. The BIM100 produces up to 100 lbs. of clear dice style ice cubes per day. The interior can store up to 27 lbs. to help meet the needs of high traffic commercial environments, with an automatic sensor to prevent overproduction.

This unit has a 30" high cabinet and ships two sets of leveling legs: adjustable .5" to 1.5" legs that raises the height up to 31.5" for use under lower ADA compliant counters, and a standard set of 4.5" high commercial legs for a more traditional 34.5" counter height. All controls are conveniently located in front, with a removable mesh filter to make it easy to remove dust buildup from affecting the condenser. We also include an ice scoop for serving convenience. The BIM100ADA is designed to operate quietly. It comes equipped with an internal wash setting for simple maintenance, and a 7.5" long power cord for flexible placement. This unit has a sealed back in stainless steel for added space savings and easier cleanup. It utilizes a gravity drain system and requires professional installation (drain size: 3/4"; water supply/inlet size: 3/8").

The BIM100ADA ships with an included water purification filter to ensure better tasting ice. This filter is required in order to operate the unit and will need to be replaced every six months (timing may vary based on the quality of your water). PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEE

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please contact us and send photos to hello@BarStoreUSA.com. We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and happily work with you to resolve the issue and refund or replace your order.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, RETURNS

Generally, the items we carry can be returned within 30 days of receipt in like-new condition.**

Returned products must be sent back with their original packaging and have all of the parts and components that they came with. Buyer pays return shipping.

Please document (photograph) any damages upon receiving the item and report these damages to the delivery carrier if product was sent by LTL or freight (not by UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc).

Returns must be accompanied with an RMA number. Please contact us in order to have one generated.

Should you have any questions about a particular product’s return policy we’re here to help. Please contact us and we will respond within 24 hours.

As stated in the Product Quality Guarantee, any item that arrives in less than perfect condition or missing parts will be handled at no extra cost. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

However, it is up to the customer to REFUSE ANY DAMAGED FREIGHT shipments. If customer accepts damaged freight, a product claim may not be possible.

Free cancellation is available for orders which haven't been shipped.

Products must be returned in like-new condition up to 30 days after delivery. A 0-25% restocking fee may apply.

**Summit Appliance products must be in original, unopened carton to be eligible for return (Digital photographs may be requested to ensure packaging has not been opened. Opened packages will not be accepted). Merchandise must be undamaged and in new condition upon return to receive refund. 

**Arctic Air product returns must be in original, unopened package and not shipped more than 30 days prior to return. Returns are accepted with a 15% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and arrangement. Credit will be given upon confirmation and inspection of returned products and once they are determined to be in proper undamaged and unopened condition.
