Returns must be accompanied with an RMA number. Please contact us in order to have one generated.

**Arctic Air product returns must be in original, unopened package and not shipped more than 30 days prior to return. Returns are accepted with a 15% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and arrangement.
