As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEE
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please contact us and send photos to hello@BarStoreUSA.com. We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and happily work with you to resolve the issue and refund or replace your order.
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, RETURNS
Generally, the items we carry can be returned within 30 days of receipt in like-new condition.**
Returned products must be sent back with their original packaging and have all of the parts and components that they came with. Buyer pays return shipping.
Please document (photograph) any damages upon receiving the item and report these damages to the delivery carrier if product was sent by LTL or freight (not by UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc).
Returns must be accompanied with an RMA number. Please contact us in order to have one generated.
Should you have any questions about a particular product’s return policy we’re here to help. Please contact us and we will respond within 24 hours.
As stated in the Product Quality Guarantee, any item that arrives in less than perfect condition or missing parts will be handled at no extra cost. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
However, it is up to the customer to REFUSE ANY DAMAGED FREIGHT shipments. If customer accepts damaged freight, a product claim may not be possible.
Free cancellation is available for orders which haven't been shipped.
Products must be returned in like-new condition up to 30 days after delivery. A 0-25% restocking fee may apply.
Please contact us regarding specific restocking fees for certain units.
Light items like Apparel & Accessories do not have a restocking fees while all furniture, heavy items, game tables, and wine coolers may be subject to one.
Customer is responsible for return shipping in all instances.
**Breezaire upgraded & modified units (including black-colored units) are individually made and therefore not eligible for returns. Please contact us if you have any additional questions concerning your Breezaire unit.
**Summit Appliance products must be in original, unopened carton to be eligible for return (Digital photographs may be requested to ensure packaging has not been opened. Opened packages will not be accepted). Merchandise must be undamaged and in new condition upon return to receive refund.
**Arctic Air product returns must be in original, unopened package and not shipped more than 30 days prior to return. Returns are accepted with a 15% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and arrangement. Credit will be given upon confirmation and inspection of returned products and once they are determined to be in proper undamaged and unopened condition.

UNOPENED Products and Accessories
We can provide an account credit to purchase new goods (minus shipping and handling fee) on UNOPENED Product(s) and Accessories if returned to us within 30 days of the original shipping date to you. The item must be UNOPENED and in NEW condition in order to receive the account credit. Please note: In the case of unopened Product(s) and Accessories, there is a 25% Transaction Fee deducted to cover the cost of doing business- i.e. bank fees, credit card processing fees, labor and material costs for processing, packing, and shipping. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and are deducted from the refund amount. The minimum Transaction Fee is 25%
OPENED Product(s) and Accessories
If the Product(s) or Accessories have been opened but is in new and resalable condition with all the original contents and packaging we can still provide refund credit but there is a 35% Restocking Fee. The 35% Restocking Fee is deducted from the cost of the items only. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and are deducted before calculating the refund amount. The item must be returned to, and received by, us within 30 days of the original shipping date to you. Items not returned in the condition described here may be subject to a higher Restocking Fee or refusal of the return/refund. The minimum Restocking Fee is 35%

**Arctic Air Refrigerators
These are Commercial Units therefore Only Commercial Shipping Is Covered Under Our Free Shipping Offer. As advised by Arctic Air, we can no longer ship to residential addresses under their freight program. Also, there is no factory warranty for residential use. Please provide your commercial address and Business Name during the order.
Please Contact Us Regarding Non-Commercial Deliveries. Please be aware Arctic Air freight shipments do not come with a lift gate unless specified. If you’d like to upgrade to a lift gate for an additional $150, please call Customer Service for assistance.
Arctic Air products are packed to meet transportation requirements and are carefully inspected prior to shipment. We cannot be responsible for damage shipment. Costumers should protect themselves by carefully inspecting all incoming shipments and noting on the delivery receipt and bill of landing the extent of any damage or shortage. Concealed damages should be reported to the carrier as soon as discovered not later than five days from the day of receipt. You must save the original cartons on a concealed damage claim.

ARCTIC AIR RETURN POLICY
Arctic Air will accept product returns on product that is in original, unopened package and was not shipped more than 30 days prior to return.
If product is in original unopened carton, then we will accept returns to our MN warehouse. Returns are accepted with a 20% restocking fee. The outbound and return freight would be pay by party returning.
Credit will be given upon confirmation and inspection of returned products and they are determined to be in proper undamaged and unopened condition.
